I have set up a Butterfly Photography Tour with the Springbrook Nature Center. The tour will consist of a brief presentation and then we will be led by their butterfly expert through the various trails. We hope to encounter and photograph butterflies that make their home on the prairie and also in the Oak Savannah. There should also be plenty of other insects to photograph.
There is one staff member leading this tour and so I was asked to keep this opportunity to 20 photographers. This will limit the impact on the prairie and keep the group to a managable size. There is a small fee of 3 dollars per member. This is not a meetup fee, and will be paid to Springbrook.
This will be Cancelled if it rains.
Please do not sign up if you are a maybe or if you dont intend on coming. This meetup has a limit and will take the place of someone that can make it.
If there is a waiting list…. The member who is first in line is moved into a spot automatically as soon as one opens up, and are notified by email. The only exception is if the member on the Waiting List wants to bring guests: that member and their guests will be skipped over until enough spots open up at the same time for them all.
